We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to build, develop, and lead a Business Unit, leveraging a strong business mindset and a true executive leadership approach.
Business Unit Vision & Strategy
Define the positioning, offerings,



and roadmap of the Business UnitDevelop a credible and differentiated value propositionIdentify market opportunities and drive strategic growthRepresent Afixen with key decision-makers and partners
Business Development & Strategic Accounts
Develop and manage a portfolio of key enterprise clientsNegotiate long-term, strategic contractsEnsure sustainable, profitable, and healthy growth
Business Unit Build & Leadership
Recruit, structure, and develop high-performing teamsFoster a culture of performance, accountability, and high standardsOwn and manage the full P&L; (revenue, margin, profitability, staffing)Implement effective performance metrics and action plans
Executive Role within the Group
Act as a true Business Unit leader, accountable for decisions and resultsContribute to the group’s strategic direction (offerings, organization, growth)Actively participate in building and scaling Afixen over the long term
Profile
Master’s degree (Engineering school, Business school, or equivalent)Proven experience in business development, team management, or business unit leadership
