The role carries full accountability for pipeline, forecast accuracy and revenue delivery in Spain, and is designed to scale into leadership of the Southern Europe commercial organisation as the business reaches critical mass.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a country-wide go-to-market strategy for EV charging solutions in Spain, aligned to the European commercial plan.Identify, recruit, onboard and manage key channel partners – installers, distributors, system integrators and Charging Point Operators (CPOs)



– to establish a sustainable partner ecosystem that accelerates market penetration.Develop new business across CPOs, utilities, energy companies, EPC contractors, fleet operators, retail chains, oil & gas companies, public authorities, transport operators and real estate developers.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature, including proposal preparation, tender coordination and contract closure.Hold full ownership of the Spanish sales pipeline, forecasting and revenue delivery; consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements, and manage long-term partnership agreements.Identify new routes to market and build brand recognition for Iskraemeco eMobility across the Spanish market.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and technical forums to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, regulatory dev
