How You Will Create An Impact

Compensation Strategy, Processes & Governance: Own and continuously enhance integral compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles, ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and consistency across regions while acting as a senior advisor on complex compensation topics.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and drive the development of fair, transparent pay structures in close collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.
