HR compliance, and adherence to local legal requirements and internal standardsAdvice and support on employee relations topics with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approachMaintenance and continuous development of our HR systems (particularly ATS and HRIS)Applying your expertise in Spanish labor law and local HR administrationAutonomous management of HR projects - from initial concept to successful implementationOur adecuado colleague3-5 years of professional HR experience, ideally in a generalist role or as an HR Business Partner.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and relevant regulationsSolid experience in international talent acquisition and employer brandingBackground in HR Operations with a strong focus on Spanish HR administration and employee relationsFluency in English, Spanish, and GermanWillingness to work in the office 2-3 days a week
