RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze means and tooling requirements prior to each maintenance event, launching requests and guaranteeing full availability.Manage and secure internal tools and GSE/AGEs, ensuring proper calibration, inventory tracking, and shipment controls.Anticipate and resolve any shortages of critical tools or ground support equipment to minimize maintenance delays.Update daily planning and master planning reports with essential event information for weekly progress meetings.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and service levels.Provide initial engineering support and production control for local maintenance activities in dynamic site conditions.SKILLSEducation: Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline.Experience: Almost 4–5 years of experience in Maintenance (MRO), Engineering, Production Control, or Tooling Management.Soft skills: High adaptability to dynamic environment, strong problem‑solving mindset, hands‑on initiative ("roll up sleeves"),
