We are looking for a forward-thinking, methodical and detail-oriented Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager to join our Quality Control Department.
As a Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and coordination of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of human resources according to operational needs.
Guarantee the accuracy of the results issued by the Laboratory.
Manage, supervise and generate technical documentation associated such as: SOPs and CoAs.
Coordinate the correct state of work equipment according to GMP requirements and technical data sheets.
Manage and investigate OOS and deviations as needed.
Ensure the application of GMP requirements and the correct training of the personnel in charge.

Education:

University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
Master's degree in Chemistry; Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
PhD in related areas is desirable, but not necessary

Languages:
Fluent in Spanish.



Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate).
At least 4 years of experience with/ in:

Experience on GMP regulations.
Use of techniques such as HPLC, UV and IR Spectrophotometry, UPLC, Fluorescence, DAD, UV-VIS.
Use of Agilent equipment with Empower 3 software.
Experience in international environments is a plus.
Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.
