In this role, you will be responsible for the independent operation of HAAS CNC milling machines, CAM programming, prototype machining, and supporting mechanical assembly activities. Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate and set up HAAS CNC milling machines.
- Perform CAM programming using Inventor CAM as required.
- Manufacture prototypes and short production runs according to engineering specifications.
- Carry out modifications, rework, and repairs on machined components.
- Design, develop, and optimize workholding fixtures and tooling.
- Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and machining best practices.




- Support assembly operations across a variety of mechanical assemblies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.

QualificationsEducation: Technical degree, vocational training, or certification in CNC Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Production, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating HAAS CNC machines.
- Knowledge of Inventor CAM programming.
- Experience manufacturing prototypes and low-volume production parts.
- Ability to design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling solutions.
- Experience in aerospace, satellite, high-precision manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes.
