What you will do

Research and learn about Substrate and the Polkadot ecosystem.
Conceptualize proof of concepts on new models, tools, and technologies.
Help build an ecosystem based on transparency and data sharing.
Write best quality blockchain runtime code and tests.

What you will bring

Degree in a Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Science, or similar education in software development.
High level of English and strong communication skills, in both speaking and writing.




High understanding of GIT version control and processes.
Experience with Rust and its ecosystem.
Basic knowledge of cryptographic primitives, such as public key encryption
Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem.
Proactive and troubleshooter mentality, attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and function in a small team.

What is a plus for us?

Experience building decentralized applications (web3).
Knowledge of the Polkadot ecosystem.
Familiarity with the Substrate Framework.
Ability to thrive in the dynamic, fast-moving world of a blockchain startup
Familiarity or experience with advanced cryptography, networking, or distributed systems.
Front end blockchain application development experience is a plus
Experience with continuous integration toolset and processes.
