It's a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.Responsibilities:Support the origination, structuring, pricing, and execution of TRS, margin lending, repo, and other financing transactions for U.S. clients.Support senior desk members in developing client relationships, identifying financing opportunities, preparing client materials, and responding to client requests.Analyze transaction economics, collateral, liquidity, concentration, leverage, counterparty exposure, and other key risk factors.Assist in determining financing terms, including pricing, haircuts,



margin requirements, tenor, and structural protections.Monitor transactions and portfolio exposures, including collateral values, margin, concentrations, counterparty risk, and relevant market developments.Build and enhance models, monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated processes to improve pricing, risk management, client coverage, and desk efficiency.Use programming and data analytics to aggregate, analyze, and visualize transactions, client, market, and risk data.Coordinate transaction execution with clients and internal partners across Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other functions.Take increasing ownership of client activity, transaction analysis, execution, portfolio monitoring, and desk analytics.What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
