Our mission is to democratize design and unlock creative potential at scale.With over 1 million monthly subscribers worldwide, we help individuals and enterprises create, scale and innovate with AI - and we’re at the center of a creative industry being reshaped in real time.The roleThis is a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of CRM: strategy, roadmap, execution and results.You’ll build lifecycle programs that move the metrics that matter - activation, conversion, retention and expansion - and use CRM as a continuous experimentation surface for hypotheses, tests, learning and iteration.Own the CRM function end to end, from strategy and roadmap to execution, measurement and continuous improvement.Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation,



conversion, retention and win-back.Set clear success metrics tied to user value, revenue and growth - moving beyond opens and clicks.Build actionable audience segments using behavioral, product and customer data.Run a rigorous experimentation program across messaging, journeys and channels, including A/B tests and holdouts.Use AI throughout the workflow - copy, creative, segmentation, analysis and automation - to increase speed, quality and personalization without adding unnecessary complexity.Turn campaign and lifecycle performance into business insights and share learnings across the Growth team.Partner with Product, Data, Design and Content to ship high-quality campaigns and in-product messaging.Evolve our CRM stack, data flows and operating processes in collaboration with technical teams.What we’re looking for3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally
