We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Performance Manager to join our team in San Ciprián, Spain. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening relationships between our operations and the communities we serve, while helping to deliver sustainable, long-term value for our stakeholders.
As Social Performance Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to site leadership, leading stakeholder engagement, community investment initiatives, social impact management, and social performance governance across the operation.
What You'll bring to the role:

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's Social Performance Plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, local authorities, community organizations, and other key external partners.
Identify, assess,



and manage social risks and opportunities associated with site activities.
Facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement and ensure community perspectives are considered in business decisions.
Manage community feedback, inquiries, and grievance processes with transparency and professionalism.
Coordinate social investment and community development programs, including sponsorships, donations, volunteering initiatives, and foundation activities.
Monitor compliance with Alcoa's Social Performance Standards and support internal and external assurance reviews and audits.
Collaborate closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure social obligations and commitments are effectively managed and fulfilled.
Maintain social performance registers, databases, impact assessments, and reporting processes.
