The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can balance deep technical expertise with team leadership, drive architectural decisions,

Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to development teams. Drive technical decision-making aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Event-Driven ArchitecturesSupport CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and general delivery teams.
