In this role, you will own and scale the UK demand generation and partner marketing program to build a predictable revenue stream. You’ll connect Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive pipeline across multiple channels, including inbound, outbound, paid, events, content, CRM, and ABM. You’ll partner with UK teams and external partners to activate growth, test new channels, and optimize ROI. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership of strategy and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades
- Own and drive the UK demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Execute a multi-channel plan across inbound, outbound, paid, CRM, events, webinars, content, ABM,



and partner marketing
- Develop integrated campaigns around ICPs, industries, accounts, products, and priorities
- Collaborate with Sales/BDR to create targeted campaigns for pipeline generation and conversion
- Manage paid acquisition and inbound conversion with Paid, CRM, and Growth teams
- Create lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns to nurture leads and pipeline
- Build outbound and ABM programs with Sales
- Develop partner marketing programs with UK partners (co-marketing, events, webinars, content)
- Advise partners on activation to generate Factorial pipeline
- Own UK events/webinar strategy connected to campaigns and goals
- Measure funnel performance and optimize for pipeline, revenue, CAC, and ROI
- Manage budgets and external agencies/vendors
- Share UK insights and successful initiatives with wider GTM organization
