This role will contribute to the CSL Data Standards, governance, and information management program development initiatives through various project, functional, and leadership opportunities.
The Role:
- Lead the strategic operations of a sustainable, world-class information management, knowledge management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.
- Contribute to the CSL Data Standards and governance program through project participation, functional leadership roles and information management consultation.




- Manage internal/external resources to contribute to operations or key projects that support our Digital Information and Knowledge Management Strategy with a focus on AI.
- Responsible for the overall administration, organization, strategic planning, budget administration, personnel management, policy formulation and management of the Global Knowledge Management team for the CSL Group.
- Effectively manage the cost center for resources, consulting, and data collection subscriptions, including to manage contract development and negotiations for assets within the scope of the role.
- Partner with Integral Sourcing when required as per the CSL policy.
- Responsible for ensuring CSL has access to the information and research to meet the business needs. Responsible for maximizing our data collection value and usage.
