In this role, you guide organizational transformation within Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center by identifying needs, shaping practical solutions, and leading small initiatives from idea to delivery. You’ll work across discovery, experimentation, and implementation to improve internal processes and drive measurable value. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, apply AI-enabled tools in a Microsoft 365 context, and help stakeholders adopt meaningful changes. This is an opportunity to influence how we work at scale in a general, tech-driven insurer.

Responsabilidades
- Identify and clarify business needs via stakeholders, observations, workshops, and lightweight discovery
- Shape clear requirements,



opportunity statements, processes, and success metrics from ambiguous problems
- Support design, testing, and refinement of solutions through structured experimentation
- Lead smaller projects or workstreams from inception to delivery, with planning, coordination, and risk management
- Drive internal process improvements to reduce friction and increase effectiveness
- Utilize Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot for lightweight development and automation within Microsoft 365
- Develop and maintain lightweight tools/automations across Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Define and monitor KPIs and adoption measures to assess value delivery
- Support change adoption through communication, guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Work within Zurich standards, ensuring governance, security, privacy, and compliance
- Collaborate with experts across technology domain
