Where You'll Make a Difference
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Process R&D; laboratories, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive working environment.
Optimize laboratory organization, space utilization, reagent management, and inventory control to support experimental activities efficiently.
Ensure the availability of laboratory supplies, shared services, and resources needed for R&D; operations.
Manage laboratory equipment throughout its lifecycle, including procurement, installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and upgrades.
Coordinate with Engineering,
Maintenance, EHS, Purchasing, IT, suppliers, and laboratory users to support laboratory capabilities and improvements.
Oversee laboratory safety practices, documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Support onboarding and training of new laboratory users, promoting best practices and safe working behaviors.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, sustainability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Maintain laboratory records, procedures, and operational documentation to ensure effective laboratory management.
What Makes You the Right Fit
University degree or advanced vocational qualification in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Analysis & Quality Control, or a related field.
Experience managing laboratory operations, equipment, facilities, or technical activities within an industrial or R&D; environment.
