Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Define and execute the Program’s vision, objectives, and scope, including the establishment of formal milestones, delivery plans, and value drivers.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Program plan, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective governance structures, including managing the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsorship Group, and documenting decisions, actions, and Program milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and manage change, ensuring alignment across related Programs and projects.
