About the Role




We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Area Manager to join our Customer Service team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Director, this role is responsible for developing and driving Customer Service sales activities within assigned regions and business units, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and budget targets across the After Sales business lines.
The position works closely with headquarters and regional teams to implement commercial strategies, support business growth, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction through service solutions, spare parts, upgrades, training, and field service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Customer Service sales strategy and drive business growth in the assigned area.
