The Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) supports the ongoing success of creators across the Twitch Partner program and plays a vital role in bringing new creators into the ecosystem. The role will work from Madrid, Spain and report into the Director of Global Spanish Partnerships.
Guide creators through structured onboarding covering analytics, audience development, channel setup, and monetization fundamentals, support.
Conduct stream reviews and support test-streaming to ensure smooth creator starts
Maintain visibility in emerging creator communities across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Provide timely, high-quality support and guidance on Twitch products, policies, and best practices
Maintain accurate documentation of creator interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce
Support planning and execution of IRL events to deepen creator relationships
