You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners that generate pipeline and drive new business.
The adecuado candidate combines strong partner development experience with a deep understanding of the Spanish business landscape and an existing network within the HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS ecosystem.



You enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and turning partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.
4–7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or a related role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
~ Native or fluent Spanish (C1+ required) and strong English communication skills.
~ Existing network within the Spanish business ecosystem, ideally across HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS partners.
~ Experience recruiting, activating, and growing partners that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
~ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify mutual value creation opportunities.
~ Experience in HR technology, HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related industries is a plus.
~ Portuguese language skills are a plus.
