Responsabilidades
Manage and qualify high-volume inbound leads across ROW markets (Poland focus) with fast, structured follow-up
Own early-stage sales process from need discovery to routing to the next step
Drive multi-channel pipeline generation and build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level




Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve inbound performance, lead quality, and conversion
Support partner-related initiatives by handling leads from partner activities and shaping their approach and conversion
Gain exposure to broader business development activities with potential expansion beyond inbound
Requisitos principales
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
Initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or fast-paced client-facing role
Comfort with high-volume inbound leads and quick prioritization
Strong ability to engage prospects across channels, including calls, and hold structured conversations with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level
Strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities and advance conversations
Proactive, curious, and capable in a fast-paced environment with ownership and decision-making
