Job Description Role Overview Location: This position is open remotely in Poland. As a Senior Sales Engineer you will support the EMEA Sales team by translating customer requirements into optimized energy storage solutions and compelling technical proposals. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers throughout the sales process, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful energy storage projects. This role combines strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial awareness to help drive Fluence's growth across the region
Partner closely with the EMEA Sales teams to transform customer requirements into compelling, optimized technical energy storage solution proposals.
Build deep expertise in energy storage technologies and serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing product configuration guidance and support to Sales teams.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales tools and support materials that drive business success.
Lead the evaluation and selection of installation contractor proposals, supporting seamless system integration and turnkey solution delivery.
Collaborate with Sales teams to navigate and negotiate technical aspects of customer contracts.
Support the development of system designs that meet applicable local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
Previous experience with offer management and/or technical contract review.
Experience working with CRM platforms and engineering tools such as Salesforce and CAD.
