We specialise in digital transformation, IT Quality & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), GxP systems, project management and emerging technologies such as AI in regulated environments.
As we continue to grow our client base and consulting team, we are looking for a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to play an active role in building the next stage of Qualitice.
This is an entrepreneurial role combining business development, recruiting and communications . You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.
What you'll do Business Development




Identify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors
Research new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contacts
Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking
Coordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissions
Maintain our business development pipeline and CRM activities
Support the development of partnerships and new market opportunities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Identify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projects
Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreach
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
