Your Mission & Impact As a Business Analyst , you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions that create value for leading international clients.
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
~ Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
~ Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar.
~ Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
~ Madrid: Hybrid model.
~ Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
