You will hold complete responsibility for client portfolio management—executing high-touch onboarding, maximizing platform product adoption, maintaining high retention rates, and identifying fresh expansion avenues for long-term client success. Primary Duties Strategic Onboarding: Onboard newly acquired clients effectively by uncovering core business targets and translating them into targeted digital ad strategies. Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain proactive touchpoints with decision-makers, showcasing positive campaign performance and identifying opportunities for ad spend expansion.



Campaign Optimization: Build out, manage, and continuously upgrade Google Ads accounts by refining bid structures, updating copy, and micro-targeting target demographics. Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate performance reporting metrics to provide actionable optimization advice aimed at maximizing client ROAS. Pipeline Management: Keep accurate notes on client discussions, open support tasks, and deal stages logged inside enterprise CRM environments. Regional Feedback: Feed valuable observations regarding Dutch commercial trends and cultural nuances back to internal product and marketing units. Applicant Profile Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent command of Dutch along with fluent professional English capability.
