- Junit Te ofrecemos: At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join a leading organization within the Finance Analytics & Planning sector. This role will support a broad Finance transformation landscape, helping to design modern, user-centric experiences across planning, reporting, and analytics solutions. Initially, the main focus will be on Planning applications, with the opportunity to expand into Reporting & Analytics initiatives as the role evolves. Main responsibilities: * Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Finance Planning solutions. * Work with highly customizable planning applications built on top of a leading OLAP planning technology (TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics). * Transform complex financial planning processes into simple and efficient user journeys. * Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define UX strategies and design solutions. * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. * Contribute to the design of analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.



* Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and performance across all user interfaces. * Support UX best practices across the wider Finance Analytics ecosystem. Who are you? * Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer. * Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications. * Knowledge of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. * Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. * Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have: * Experience with Finance Planning, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes. * Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). * Experience designing solutions in Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, or other Business In
