Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the Technical Enablement learning systems roadmap and translate business needs into scalable platform enhancements. You will collaborate with enablement, content, analytics, and program management teams to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency. You serve as a subject matter expert for learning technologies, driving upgrades, integrations, and governance to ensure reliability and adoption. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize learning delivery and drive measurable enablement outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape a general learning technology ecosystem at PTC and impact how customers, partners, and employees learn.

• Own and manage components of the Technical Enablement systems roadmap
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into product enhancements and platform capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with stakeholders
