Centura FX is an independent foreign exchange and international payments business supporting companies with cross-border payments, currency risk management and wider financial solutions.
As we continue to expand our presence in Spain, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our Spanish client base and develop new commercial opportunities across the market.

This is a proactive new business role with a strong emphasis on outbound sales and cold calling . The role is suited to someone who is confident on the phone, commercially driven and comfortable speaking with CFOs, Finance Directors, business owners and treasury teams.

You will have significant autonomy over your own pipeline and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

Generate new corporate business across the Spanish market through cold calling, outbound prospecting, referrals and networking
Proactively identify and contact CFOs, Finance Directors, business owners and treasury teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity,



pipeline management and follow-up processes
Strong cold-calling and outbound business development experience
A proven track record of generating opportunities from cold prospects and converting new business
Strong knowledge of the Spanish business market
Previous experience working with Spanish corporate clients is highly preferred
Confidence speaking directly with senior decision-makers
An existing network or transferable client relationships in Spain would be highly advantageous
Fluent Spanish is preferred
English language skills would also be advantageous
Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working within a growing entrepreneurial business
