Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Research and synthesize insights addressing complex client questions in power and natural gas
• Collect, analyze, and triangulate data from primary and secondary sources




• Assemble a robust fact base on technology, operations, and trends in electricity and energy transition
• Advise consultants and clients on business operations, technology, and strategic/economic trends
• Perform analyses such as benchmarking, trend identification, market sizing, and growth projections
• Produce client-ready outputs (PowerPoint charts, memos, models, frameworks) under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with senior knowledge professionals on large client projects and internal knowledge initiatives
• Lead internal knowledge development and capability-building efforts and apply advanced analytics to large datasets
• Mentor junior colleagues and, over time, direct client work and proprietary tool development
• Contribute to cross-functional client impact through the Client Capabilities Network
