Overview As a Go-focused developer for Schwarz Digits, you will build and operate high-performance Managed Database Services and cloud-native platform components. You will shape architecture for gRPC-based services, ensure robust observability, and scale our database and messaging stack within an agile team. You'll work closely with cross-functional peers to advance distributed systems and infrastructure-as-code, helping deliver secure, reliable digital capabilities across Europe.
Responsabilidades Develop and operate high-performance Managed Database Services with a focus on Go
Architect, implement, and optimize gRPC-based services and messaging with NATS
Ensure reliable observability using OTEL (OpenTelemetry)
Develop solutions for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB and optimize their integration
Contribute knowledge of Kubernetes (Deployments, Networking, Service Management) to advance the platform




Drive automation and scaling of infrastructure using DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
Work in an agile team using Jira
Requisitos principales Go developer with experience in distributed systems
Deep knowledge of Go, gRPC, and NATS
Familiarity with observability technologies (OTEL, logging, monitoring)
