We are building a new consumer technology product with international ambitions, launching within the coming months.Behind the company is an experienced ownership group with a track record of building, scaling and exiting businesses, combined with strong financial and investor backing already at the pre-launch stage.Now we need the person who can build our customer acquisition engine.You will join before launch, while the brand, creative direction, acquisition channels and growth systems are still being built. If we get this right, the ambition is to scale internationally over the next 3-5 years.You are not joining after the growth story. You are joining to help create it.THE JOBUltimately, you will be responsible for one thing: bringing in new customers and building a system that can do it at scale.That includes:Helping shape the brand, positioning and visual presenceBuilding and running paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and other relevant channelsDeveloping and testing creative, messaging,



audiences and offersManaging campaigns hands-on and continuously adjusting based on performanceDriving traffic, leads, registrations and ultimately paying customersWorking across landing pages, onboarding and conversionMaking sure tracking and attribution tell us what is actually workingTurning data and market feedback into the next round of testsUnderstanding activation and retention, not just acquisitionExploring organic growth, creators and UGC as additional growth channelsIdentifying what works and scaling it across markets and increasingly significant budgetsOver time, building the team and setup needed to support international growthWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe care more about what you've actually done than how many years you've worked or what title is currently on your LinkedIn profile.We're particularly interested in people with hands-on experience in consumer growth, performance marketing and paid acquisition.Experience with consumer apps, mobile products or subscriptions
