Overview In this role, you own and evolve Preply's GTM system landscape to accelerate general growth. You lead a small, high-performing team to deliver scalable, integrated processes across CRM and marketing/sales tools, while embedding AI-assisted automation and data-driven insights. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce technical debt, improve data quality, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline efficiency. This is a mission-critical position at a fast-scaling, global education platform.

Responsabilidades
Own design, optimization, and health of GTM systems landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom)
Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Pre Sales, Sales, CS, Finance, Product to ensure scalable integrations
Evolve system architecture with clean data structures and reduced technical debt
Drive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation and enablement




Identify and implement automation for lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, Cargo
Develop playbooks and documentation for repeatable execution; partner with Enablement for training and adoption metrics
Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems; build self-serve dashboards (Looker) for funnel metrics and forecasting
Shape tooling strategy, manage budget and vendor relationships; evaluate AI integrations for productivity and insight
Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists; translate business needs into scalable solutions; promote system thinking across GTM
Partner with StratOps to ensure data models support forecasting, compensation, and territory planning
Ensure ROI and alignment of tools while balancing innovation and practicality
