As Country Manager, you will lead Factorial’s entry and early growth in Central-East Europe, launching the local presence from the ground up. You’ll adapt the integral GTM plan to the regional market, build partnerships, and establish a scalable local operation. You’ll represent Factorial at events and with partners, gather market insights, and align cross-functional teams to local needs. This role offers high autonomy and a direct impact on our regional expansion and product-market fit.

Responsabilidades

Design and execute the market entry and GTM plan for CE Europe
Build the market from scratch, focusing on a partner-only GTM approach
Develop and manage partnerships with HR tech players, resellers, and consultants




Act as the local face of Factorial at events and in networks
Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and improve product-market fit
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership to ensure alignment
Lay groundwork for growth with local processes and future team expansion

Requisitos principales

5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2B SaaS or digital transformation
Professional English plus one or more regional languages (Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, or Slovak)
Proven track record in market entry or building xqbhyrx businesses in emerging markets
Experience with Partnerships, Channel sales, or starting new Business Units
Hunter mentality with persistence and resourcefulness
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
Strategic, hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Bonus: knowledge of HR tech or partner-led GTM mod
