To support our continued growth in Spain, we are looking for a:

Manager Government & Airport Relations Spain (m/f/d)

Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or Palma de Mallorca,



you will strengthen and expand HiSERV's network within the Spanish aviation sector. Acting as a trusted advisor and relationship builder, you will engage with airports, government authorities, industry bodies, and labor representatives to support business growth, market access, and stakeholder alignment. You will serve as a key link between local stakeholder dynamics and HiSERV's international business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and further develop strong relationships with AENA, governmental institutions, and key aviation stakeholders
- Establish and nurture trusted connections with labor unions and employee representative organizations
- Act as a strategic advisor and ambassador for HiSERV within the Spanish aviation ecosystem
- Identify political, regulatory, and stakeholder-related risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in high-level
