We are currently looking for a Q2C / CX Process Manager to join a major transformation project within a leading international company.6-month project / Barcelona - HybridThe role will focus on improving and harmonising Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across general and regional teams, with a strong focus on process efficiency, customer experience and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Drive Q2C process harmonisation and continuous improvementMap and optimise processes within an S/4HANA environmentIdentify pain points, quick wins and efficiency opportunities using KPIsLead performance management and stakeholder coordination across regionsDevelop customer journey maps and drive CX improvementsMonitor process adoption and adherenceSupport governance,
