quality and cost efficientWork together with the design team and our key vendors to build the seasonal and long-term material libraryBeing the guardian and key person in price negotiation and quality control supporting the camper internal costing and quality teamWorking together with the sourcing team to build a clear material strategy sourcing vision for Camper groupInfluence decision making by presenting innovative, sustainable solutions and allow the designers and technician to build excellent productsGuide the material team to source all Core, Seasonal materials and components upper, lining, Packaging, & OthersBuild & maintain a long term and strong relationships with suppliers.Working with the sustainability team to build the strategy of Camper group and maintain level of excellence in this fieldManage the Materials Seasonal BudgetOwnership of Materials Library - Physical & VirtualResponsible with the material team to manage the materials database in PLM and CO2 DataBeing on top of all the innovation and material trends in Textile, leather and any other type of materials.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Materials engineer, science, design and any other related field5+ years' professional experience in materials dev
