We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias. The French CSR role is a key position within the team, acting as primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers, and internal stakeholders.
Interacts and works closely with the business team, sales representatives, back office to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met, and to have a better understanding of the market’s organization
Understands cash collection process e.g. credit hold next steps/actions.



Processes customer service and product complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Fluency in English and French. Spanish will be beneficial as the role is based out in Spain.
Proficient in Word and Excel & good knowledge of SAP
Ideally 2 years of experience in a customer service, supply chain on logistics department within an international company
Excellent communications skills (verbal and in writing)
