Overview In this remote-first role, you will build and own n8ns global revenue enablement engine, implementing a unified enterprise methodology across regions and accelerating time-to-quota. You’ll shape onboarding, coaching, and certification programs while aligning with senior commercial leadership to drive 7–8 figure enterprise revenue. and launch enablement * Build a integral onboarding engine from pre-boarding to first-deal support and compress ramp for regional hiring waves * Develop frontline sales managers with coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor * Define enablements revenue-based scorecard (ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy) * Lead and grow the enablement team across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement * Stand up enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and RevOps measurement * Engage with regional sales leaders in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews Requisitos principales * Hypergrowth pedigree: enabled enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company * xm1bn scaling: grew the function through major GTM headcount and evolving sales maturity * Methodology implementation owner: end-to-end MEDDICC / Command of the Message with certification reinforcement * Ramp engineer
