Overview In this role you will design and scale Rust-based services that power trading, payments, and crypto experiences within Payward Services. You will work on high-availability, low-latency systems and collaborate with a large Rust engineering team to deliver robust infrastructure that moves money and assets safely at scale. You’ll own end-to-end solutions, mentor peers, and help shape our security-focused, product-driven engineering culture. This is an opportunity to impact open financial infrastructure at scale and work across distributed systems. Responsabilidades * Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences * Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that scales across teams and supports revenue-critical systems * Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture for low-latency solutions * Work with hundreds of Rust engineers to sustain a high-performance,
