For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to join a long–term project focused on CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization. Responsibilities * Own and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices * Oversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives) * Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping * Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI management * Drive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and value Required Skills * Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management * Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery,



and Service Mapping * Experience in data governance and data quality management (KPIs, audits, remediation) * Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications) * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Fluent in English Nice to Have * ServiceNow certifications * Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) * Background in large‑scale CMDB transformation initiatives * Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments Position Conditions Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in the office) Start Date: 14th of September Contract: Service contract (freelance)
