Overview
As Country Manager, you will lead Factorial’s entry and early growth in Central-East Europe, launching the local presence from the ground up. You’ll adapt the global GTM plan to the regional market, build partnerships, and establish a scalable local operation. You’ll represent Factorial at events and with partners, gather market insights, and align cross-functional teams to local needs. This role offers high autonomy and a direct impact on our regional expansion and product-market fit.

Responsabilidades
- Design and execute the market entry and GTM plan for CE Europe
- Build the market from scratch, focusing on a partner-only GTM approach
- Develop and manage partnerships with HR tech players, resellers, and consultants
- Act as the local face of Factorial at events and in networks
- Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and improve product-market fit




- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership to ensure alignment
- Lay groundwork for growth with local processes and future team expansion

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2B SaaS or digital transformation
- Professional English plus one or more regional languages (Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, or Slovak)
- Proven track record in market entry or building businesses in emerging markets
- Experience with Partnerships, Channel sales, or starting new Business Units
- Hunter mentality with persistence and resourcefulness
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Strategic, hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bonus: knowledge of HR tech or partner-led GTM models
