TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Hoppers Crossing

TeamKids are delighted to be partnering with this P-12 school as their first on-site OSHC provider. You will be instrumental in establishing the new OSHC provision and setting the service up for success.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6:30 - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:05 -6:00pm
Admin hours: 5.92
Total hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program,



plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
