Responsibilities

Technical Excellence : You create precise technical specifications and measurements for all Jersey products and ensure a smooth handover from design to production.
Fit & Development : You work closely with Designers during prototyping, lead fit sessions, and provide clear, constructive feedback to refine fit, silhouette, and construction.
Quality Ownership : You oversee quality throughout development and production, making sure every garment meets our brand standards and aesthetic expectations.
Interface Role : You act as the key link between Design and Production, ensuring seamless industrialization and solving technical challenges related to fabrics, trims, stitching, and construction.
Process Optimization : You continuously improve production methods to balance quality, fe
