and liaising with suppliers.Job Responsibilities-You'll work closely with the Production Manager and Back Office Coordinators and get hands-on experience supporting the team's day-to-day operations, including:Jump in on day-to-day admin for agency managers: booking travel, helping with events, tracking shipments, and ordering office supplies.Support packaging projects with the practical stuff that keeps things moving such as documents, coordination, follow-ups, and status tracking.Help keep proofing and despatching procees efficient by staying in sync with admin teams around the world and making sure information flows smoothly.Be a go-to contact for suppliers: sharing updates, chasing answers, and keeping requests on track.Check colour proofs for quality, then organise their preparation and shipment so the right materials arrive at the right time.What This Role Is AboutWe are looking for someone with a strong interest
