Role Mission
The Finance Manager Iberia is responsible for the financial operations of Spain and Portugal end-to-end: owning the monthly close and ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reporting, leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A;), improving financial processes and acting as a trusted business partner to the business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the monthly accounting close process for Spain and Portugal end-to-end, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the reporting process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting packages for Group consolidation.
- Build and maintain KPI and performance dashboards (profitability, margins, unit economics) for local leadership and business stakeholders.
- Provide profitability analysis by client, campaign and service line, and support business cases and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and run forecasting cycles in line with the Group planning calendar.
- Support the preparation of local GAAP financial statements, and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with local fiscal, accounting and regulatory requirements, including VAT and other local tax obligations.
