Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy in collaboration with a Data Analyst
Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
Design and build an AI agent providing tailored Quality guidelines for each sale
Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
Requirements

Data-driven, strong with numbers and good Excel skills
SQL and dashboards
Prompting and AI agent knowledge
Data quality mindset




Strong aptitude for process thinking and improvement
Proven ability to research and implement new technologies
Proactive, organized and independent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adobe package knowledge mandatory
Fluent level of English required; Spanish and French valued
