Overview As a Platform Engineer, you drive scalable, reliable platform solutions that empower development teams. You translate business needs into robust frontend, backend, and infrastructural architectures while enabling self-service and strong Developer Experience. You balance agility and security to reduce friction and accelerate delivery across cross-functional squads. You will shape API decisions, tooling, and orchestration patterns to support autonomous teams at scale. This role offers a meaningful impact on Europe’s digital sovereignty and a hands-on, pragmatic work environment.
Responsabilidades
Identify pain points across development teams and deliver value-driven solutions
Automate self-service capabilities and provide clear, Flametest documentation
Translate business needs into scalable frontend/backend architecture decisions
Design APIs, boilerplates, and technical solutions to reduce friction and increase autonomy
Communicate architectural decisions, run internal workshops, and write integration guides
Detect performance bottlenecks in tooling and workflows,



implement quick wins
Contribute to end-to-end development, testing, and deployment pipelines
Advocate for a developer-first mindset and strong DevEx practices
Requisitos principales
Advanced backend development with .NET Core / C# and Node.js (NestJS / Express)
Expertise in REST API design and resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, rate limiting)
Modern frontend expertise with React / TypeScript or Next.js
Experience with Module Federation (Webpack / Vite) and MFE architectures
OIDC/OAuth2 authentication flows and state management
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD preferred) and quality tooling
Automated testing and shift-left quality culture
Observability basics (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack) and dashboards
Excellent communication and evangelization skills
Autonomy and proactive problem-solving
