As Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Technician and Support-level roles mainly across the UK, Germany, while driving sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives that help attract top talent to the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations teams, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience,



and ensure hiring goals are met through strong execution and collaboration.

What will you do ?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across the assigned countries.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and hard-to-fill candidate attraction initiatives.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Leverage market insights and recruitment data to provide consultative talent advice.
- Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, training centers, and community organizations.
