We are looking for an International Senior Recruiter to join our team in Barcelona. What you will do




Manage end-to-end international Executive Search projects Understand client needs and define target profiles Identify and approach candidates through direct search and Linked In Recruiter Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews Evaluate candidates and prepare shortlists and candidate reports Present candidates and advise clients throughout the selection process Stay in close contact with clients and candidates throughout the whole process and beyond Take part in HR events, networking activities and internal projects What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in Recruiting / Executive Search Previous experience working within an HR consultancy A proactive, organized and results-oriented Recruiter, with a practical and versátil mindset Someone comfortable managing projects independently and taking ownership from start to finish A strong communicator who enjoys building close relationships with clients and candidates A collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international and intercultural environment Languages Native Spanish and Catalan Full professional English German is a strong plus What we offer A close, collaborative and international working environment, with strong team spirit, regular team-building activities and the opportunity to work
