The Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. Expand share‑of‑wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid‑sized accounts. Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account. Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies. Identify & Connect customer strategy,



key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome‑based sales and substantiate business case aligned to customer key initiatives. Engage with executives and build customer relationships. Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention. Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.Education & ExperienceRecommended: Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 months. Fluent Dutch is required. A good command of English is required. Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role. Understanding of sales processes and strategies.Knowledge & SkillsStrategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead." Collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Expertise in outcome‑based selling and crafting value propositions. Proficiency in digital and remote selling.
